Lincoln Pinehurst Reinsurance Company Limited ('LPINE') in Bermuda is seeking a Director, FP&A. This position provides subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for assigned area(s) of Financial Analysis. Duties include preparing and reporting on complex financial information, providing management with financial perspectives including mitigation solutions, and preparing materials for Executive Leadership, CFO, and Board members. The role leads financial strategy, planning, and forecasting while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 8+ Years experience in financial planning & analysis and/or financial management. Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and financial data. Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction. Strong relationship management and project management leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% as needed.
