Equilibria Capital Management Ltd is seeking an Analyst/ Operations & Back Office professional to join its Bermuda office. The role involves providing investment research and analysis, leading investment research for external manager selection, performing analytical and trading functions, managing relationships with counterparties (brokers, custodians, administrators), and handling subscription/redemption and cash management processes. The professional will also assist in client communication materials and administrative aspects of account management.

Requirements

University and Postgraduate Degrees in Economics, Finance or Business Administration. CFA Qualification. A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial analysis, trading or operations in a leading financial institution. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Bloomberg data applications. Knowledge of KYC and Compliance directives in Europe.
