Brown & Brown Bermuda, Ltd. is a large account risk management broker looking for someone to join the team in Bermuda. The Office Manager & Client Services Assistant will be our key liaison providing support to our Brokers and client service teams as well as manage the day-to-day administration of our office. The Office Manager & Client Services assistant will report to the Executive Managing Director with responsibilities, including but not limited to: Act as key liaison for office management duties including but not limited to reception, ordering supplies and equipment, issuing and paying invoices, and ensuring company procedures and processes are being followed; Manage vendor agreements, fees and service levels; Manage the office calendar, including supporting team with planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel and hospitality arrangements, plan and coordinate office events; Support team with preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, organizing and maintaining files/records; Support the brokerage team with policy issuance and administration and delivering high quality client service. This role aims to build core competencies in insurance and serves as launchpad for future growth withing the brokerage team; Support in any other/ad hoc duties as needed.
