Island Restaurant Group Ltd. is currently looking for great people in several hospitality occupations for our busy restaurants, brewery, and catering operations including Hog Penny, Barracuda Grill, Bolero, Pickled Onion, BREW, Frog & Onion, Dockyard Brewing, and IRG Catering. Available positions include: Catering/Server Assistants & Bar Porters, Experienced Specialty Mixologists, Experienced General Bartenders, Experienced Barista Counter Servers, Experienced Servers, Kitchen Porters/Potwashers, Experienced Chefs (Cuisine, Sous, Partie), and Experienced Kitchen Assistants. All positions demand excellent timekeeping, the ability to work splits, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to assist others.

Requirements

Varies by role. Entry-level positions (Level 1) require no experience but a professional appearance and great attitude. Specialist/Experienced roles (Level 2 & 3) require 1-3 years of relevant experience. Kitchen Assistants require a Bermuda Driver's License and a clean police record. All applicants must have a proven record of good integrity.
