The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a busy kitchen environment. He/she must be in possession of city and guilds 706 part 1 & 12 or equivalent to. The applicant must be prepared to work late nights, holidays, weekends and split shifts. Must be a multitasker, take direction well and be able to remain professional at all times. The candidate will work directly under the head chef, assisting with food prep, caterings and line work on a daily basis. They will have a strong knowledge on food and menus and be able to assist in all aspects of the kitchen when needed.

Requirements
