Rosewood Bermuda is seeking dynamic individuals for various positions including Head Concierge, Front Office Manager, Room Attendant, and Villa Attendant. The Head Concierge leads the Concierge department and curates bespoke guest experiences. The Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations including Night Audit and Guest Experience. Room and Villa Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and residence villas, ensuring high standards of service and property presentation.

Requirements

Head Concierge: Min 1 year proven experience as Head Concierge/Senior Concierge in luxury environment; Les Clefs d'Or affiliation preferred. Front Office Manager: High School Diploma required, Degree preferred; Min 5 years Front Office experience with 2 years at management level. Room/Villa Attendant: Min 1 year experience in luxury hotel; physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
