In this role you will assist the Head of Asset Liability and Capital Management ('ALCM') with effective monitoring and reporting of key metrics, ensuring the Bank is meeting regulatory and internal requirements; ensure that ALCO meetings are in line with internal policies; prepare components of ALCO reporting; monitor liquidity, capital, and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book ('IRRBB'); support the business by communicating treasury and regulatory parameters; participate in stress-testing exercises; and oversee support for the offshore Product Control team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and professional qualification in business, finance or related discipline, ACCA/CPA/CA or CFA preferred; 4 years of post-qualification experience in the financial services industry; 2 years of banking ALCM experience, or internationally recognised banking ALCM qualification (e.g., CertBALM) and 2 years of Product Control experience; Solid analytical and problem solving skills; Sound verbal and written communication skills; Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
