The Senior Treasury Analyst will report to Talcott's Treasury Director and play a key role in supporting reinsurance transaction onboarding, cash and liquidity management, and broader treasury initiatives for a growing Bermuda reinsurance platform. This role offers hands-on exposure to deal execution, including funding, collateral management, and operational setup. It also provides the opportunity to support and enhance core treasury activities while driving process improvements, automation, and the development of a robust controls environment as the business continues to scale.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional qualification such as CTP, CPA, or equivalent is preferred. 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, insurance, banking, or audit. Insurance or reinsurance experience is highly desirable. Strong Excel skills required; experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, VBA, Python, or similar) strongly preferred.
