The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models across the organization. The role partners with Finance, Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and enabling the strategic transformation journey for the Finance Function. Reports to SVP, Global Head of Finance Transformations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is required. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, DBA, SQL, PMP, SAP certification or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of P&C Insurance Industry experience required. 10+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling and Dashboard development and MS SQL Server, Qlik platform and Business Intelligence required. Strong familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), the broader SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, PAPM, SAC, AO Reporting required.
