Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited invites applications from lawyers to fill roles in our corporate practice area. Roles available include Partner, Counsel, Senior Associate, Associate, and Paralegal. Key responsibilities across legal roles involve advising clients on complex commercial transactions and corporate law matters, business development, marketing, and training. The Paralegal role involves providing comprehensive and confidential advice and assistance based on a good knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and commercial environment.

Requirements

Partner: 10+ years PQE, expertise in offshore financial services. Counsel: 7+ years PQE, expertise in funds. Senior Associate: 5+ years PQE. Associate: 3+ years PQE. Paralegal: 3+ years experience in a law firm plus law degree or paralegal certification.
