The post is accountable for the implementation of the Ministry of Education's vision for early childhood education and development, for the transformation of early childhood education and development programmes and services, and for the provision of strategic support and management of the operations of the Early Childhood Education Section. The role ensures a continuum of high quality learning from birth through age 8 and involves coordinating, consulting, and communicating about early childhood education and development.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of post-degree experience in early childhood education and development, including demonstrable administrative and instructional leadership, plus three (3) years of senior management experience. Master's Degree in early childhood education or equivalent, or an undergraduate degree in early childhood education with a relevant Master's degree. Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
