Mount Saint Agnes Academy is seeking candidates for an Elementary Teacher position commencing the 2026-27 school year. This position requires the successful candidate to provide instruction in the grade level core subjects and manage the day-to-day operations of an elementary classroom. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic who will be required to teach grade level religious instruction. The elementary curriculum is part of the Alberta Education Programs of Study.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor of Education. Have three years teaching experience, but consideration will be given to newer teachers who are highly motivated. Meet teacher certification requirements for an Alberta Accredited International School and meet licensing requirements with the Bermuda Educators Council. Have proven effective classroom management and knowledge of best teaching practices. Commitment to a faith-filled Catholic school community. Proven abilities in technology delivery of instruction. Willing to moderate or coach extra-curricular/after-school activities. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience with Alberta Programs of Study is an asset.
