• Bachelor's or associate degree in education, child development, early childhood education, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational or childcare setting (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, staff, and the school community.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Must serve as a positive role model and represent the After School Program professionally to families and the wider school community.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Must possess sensitivity to confidential information and hold a high standard of integrity.
• Commitment to representing the school's Catholic mission with professionalism and hospitality.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications in First Aid, CPR, SunSmart, and SCARS.
• The successful candidate will be expected to provide a recent police background check.
