Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support, including resolving client queries and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be accountable for marketing and consulting on Coralisle Life's full suite of life insurance and investment products in line with set objectives. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, undertaking administrative and clerical work to support the primary duties, as well as project work across the Coralisle Group of Companies as required.

Requirements

Minimum of two years' relevant work experience, preferably in a customer service environment in the financial services industry. Completion of financial services qualifications required. Superior communication and organizational skills along with the ability to be effective in a fluid, fast-paced and demanding sales environment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferably to advance user level.
