Masterkey Management Ltd. is seeking a Property Manager to manage a designated portfolio of condominium associations. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be the principal point of contact for association boards, owners and residents, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance and financial planning. This full-time role requires clear communication, confident presentation of reports and consistent follow-through on decisions and service commitments.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in property management, business administration or a related field; Demonstrated experience in condominium or property management; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Financial literacy; Strong interpersonal and client service skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems; A real estate licence or relevant designation would be an advantage; Availability for occasional evening meetings; A valid driver's licence and own transportation.
