Reporting to the VP, Trust Control and Operations, this position is responsible for performing annual reviews of the fiduciary client base, ensuring completeness of administrative procedures and records, identifying potential risk areas, and generally ensuring the highest fiduciary standards are maintained. Responsibilities include reviewing correspondence, trust and company records, identifying potential risk areas, assisting with documentation for closing accounts, and referring complex issues of judgement or compliance to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with three to five years of Trust/Company administration experience; Making good progress in obtaining TEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) designation; General knowledge and understanding of trustees' and Directors' responsibilities, Trust administration and relevant laws in various offshore jurisdictions; General knowledge of internal policy and procedures and legislative and regulatory compliance; General knowledge of banking and accounting principles and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel.
