The successful applicant will lead and deliver underwriting advisory services to insurance companies, reinsurers, managing general agents, risk-bearing vehicles and alternative capital participants. The role combines strategic advisory, technical underwriting expertise and regulatory engagement to support clients in the design, establishment, optimization and governance of underwriting businesses. Responsibilities include leading complex engagements, assisting with underwriting transformation, providing technical expertise for insurance/reinsurance vehicles, and serving as a trusted advisor to client executives and boards.

Requirements

15+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector; demonstrated experience in designing and executing sophisticated insurance solutions; Portfolio underwriting and analytical experience; Deep understanding of commercial insurance and reinsurance markets; Bachelor's degree in insurance, Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline; Professional insurance qualifications such as CPCU, ACII, FCII, ARe preferred.
