Bermuda Motors is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions. The Financial Controller will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records, overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and providing accurate financial information to senior management to support business decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred. Typically 5-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, and audit processes. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
