KPMG Advisory is looking for a Manager with experience in Management Consulting, including but not limited to, experience in managing a diverse portfolio of engagements and working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex client transformation services. The role involves executing advisory engagements, process transformation, strategy development, and financial modelling. You will lead operational transformation initiatives and facilitate workshops with senior executives to build consensus.

Requirements

A minimum of five years' experience providing services to healthcare organizations, including experience managing complex transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation. Proven experience supporting organizations through change. Strong project management, research, organizational and administrative skills. Ability to apply design thinking. Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. First class written and oral communication skills. High degree of competence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Willingness to work overtime at short notice and travel as required.
