Ace Brewing Co. Ltd. is the leading local brewing operation in Bermuda. As a result, we are looking to hire a Brew Master to manage daily operations and serve on the executive team to advance the company's growth and innovation. The Brew Master manages all aspects of brewing operations, including quality control, inventory management, upkeep of the canning assembly line, Health & Safety compliance, and product distribution. The role also includes marketing, event planning, and staff management.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position; High school diploma or equivalent; Chefs' experience particularly with Barbequing (Preferred but not required); Ability to lift 50 pounds and reposition kegs (up to 130 pounds); Valid driver's license; Team player; Excellent verbal communication skills; Attention to detail; TIPS certified (Preferred); Subject to random drug testing and clean criminal record.
