We are seeking Accounts Payable Administrator with at least Two years of solid work experience within a demanding and deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Volume reconciliations;
- Bank Deposits;
- Cash floats;
- Assisting with preparation of Management reports and Financial analysis;
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Requirements
- At least two years of solid work experience in a demanding environment;
- High school education with excellence in Math/English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines;
- First-rate organizational skills;
- Superior Computer ability in MS Office and Accounting software (Excel assessment required);
- Willingness to take on additional duties;
- Required to obtain a police certificate.
