Reporting to the CEO of the reinsurance company in a small team. Manage the company's capital requirements, provide strategic recommendations to the Board, ensure timely preparation of regulatory filings, and supervise third-party service providers. Serve as a key member on the governance framework committee.

Requirements

CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar recognized designation with knowledge of IFRS and life reinsurance. Ideally 7-10 years in financial management roles within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services. Strong understanding of Bermuda solvency and capital requirements.
