The post holder will be expected to take clinical responsibility for the patients and clients in the respective clinical program, which includes inpatient and community-based care. Key responsibilities include: clinical assessments, treatment plans, pharmacotherapy, leadership of inpatient ward rounds, outpatient clinics, supervision of the day program, provision of autistic spectrum disorder assessments, on-call duties for liaison psychiatric services, participation in clinical audits, and preparation of court reports.
Requirements
Board certification or equivalency in country of training is required for Bermuda Medical Council Registration. Must be eligible for specialist registration with the Bermuda Medical Council. Pre-employment substance abuse screening is mandatory.
