TLC Homecare Ltd. is expanding our home-based hospice and palliative services. We are looking for a highly skilled APRN, who has a passion for end-of-life care to join our interdisciplinary team and to grow our homecare and palliative/hospice programs. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive autonomous care, conducting holistic assessments, collaborating with GPs and families, and prescribing under a Collaborative Practice Agreement.
Requirements
Current Board Certified APRN license; Registered with the Bermuda Nursing and Midwifery Council; Experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, and Home Health; English language proficiency; Exceptional communication and assessment skills.
