Main duties will include but not limited to: Assist with managing the overall operation of the facility, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently including scheduling and delivery of quality service, Assist with the managing and monitoring of the facility’s regulatory licensure requirements and paperwork, Provide input, guidance and assistance with annual regulatory inspections, Assist with training and onboarding of staff, Assist with in person assessments of potential residents.
Requirements
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Possess a broad knowledge of the practice of long-term care administration with at least 2 or more years of experience in healthcare or related field. Managerial experience. Nursing licensure would be an asset.
