The AML Compliance Manager, Funds Services in our Bermuda office reports directly to the SVP, Head of Corporate Governance & Risk Management Services. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day compliance within Fund Services and have a deep understanding of Bermuda AML/ATF regulations. The AML Compliance Manager acts as Money Laundering Reporting Officer and AML Compliance Officer. Responsibilities include supporting the SVP to maintain an effective control framework, overseeing compliance with relevant regulations, responding to compliance queries, and conducting due diligence reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. A recognized advanced compliance designation or certification. At least 5 years of KYC/AML compliance experience in a similar client-facing role. Demonstrated comprehensive understanding and application of Bermuda compliance, sanctions, and legislation requirements. Experience and exposure to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and CRS regulations. Working knowledge of international sanctions, financial crime, and the regulatory regime of offshore jurisdictions.
