Resolution Life is a global life insurance group focusing on reinsurance and the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies. This is an opportunity to join the Flow Operations team, part of a Flow Reinsurance squad. The role involves administering end-to-end business integration, managing day-to-day flow treaties, assisting with onboarding and integration of new transactions, and client relationship building. Key responsibilities include oversight of administration, implementation of processes and controls, and liaison with actuarial, finance, treasury, and legal functions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant reinsurance, finance, accounting or operations experience is required, preferably in the life and annuity sector. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; a qualified accountant is preferred. Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and excellent analytical skills.
