The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for the overall corporate administration of a portfolio of exempt or local companies. Key responsibilities include maintenance of statutory records, preparation of corporate secretarial transaction documents, attendance at Board and committee meetings, and liaising with legal counsel to ensure actions are properly documented.

Requirements

A University degree from an accredited institution with a business related major and corporate secretarial qualification(s) (advantageous); A minimum of 5 years Corporate Administrative work experience; Good self-organization and time management skills; Excellent communication skills; Proficiency with MS Suite; Highly motivated and willing to learn.
