As part of the Arch Group of Companies' global Internal Audit team, the VP, Internal Audit of Arch Capital Group Limited will have responsibility for developing and executing business segment-specific Audit Plans. The VP Internal Audit will lead the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent global Audit and Advisory projects focused on business processes and risks. The VP Internal Audit will also build direct relationships with executive-level business, technology, and audit leaders during the performance of Internal Audit projects and through the course of risk assessment and audit planning efforts.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or finance. A recognized accounting/auditing qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, CIA). 10+ years' audit experience in a public accounting firm and/or corporate organization with a minimum of 5 years' management experience. 7+ years' experience working within the reinsurance industry. Proven ability to successfully apply and execute risk and control concepts. Proven ability leading Internal Audit team initiatives. Extensive experience managing and leading multiple concurrent Audit and Advisory projects, including SOX compliance programs. Proven ability to apply data analytics techniques and artificial intelligence. A high level of technical proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
