The Accounts Administrator will be primarily responsible for providing a varied range of bookkeeping and administrative services for the charity, reporting to the Head of Finance. Key responsibilities include: Preparing deposits and general banking as needed; Day-to-day processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions; Assisting with bank, credit card and other reconciliations; Providing assistance to the Head of Finance and other departments. The position will suit someone with several years of experience in a busy corporate or charity environment. A willingness to fully participate as part of the enthusiastic team focused on delivering the Trust's charitable mission is essential. Some weekend and evening work will be required for special events, for which time off is given in lieu.

Requirements

Several years' experience in a similar role. Must be honest, thorough and meticulous. Good communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals. Experience with accounting software (Dynamics 365 or similar) is essential.
