Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd. (AIM) is seeking an experienced and dynamic captive practitioner with an appetite and passion for change to spearhead regional change management. This pivotal role ensures smooth adoption and alignment with business objectives by supporting people, process, and technology changes across multiple domiciles. Key responsibilities include strategy and planning for organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, organizational readiness, training, and change impact monitoring.

Requirements

An accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA). A minimum of 10 years of recent relevant captive management experience. A captive practitioner with experience across insurance, accounting and client management. Experience with and comprehensive understanding of operating models, process redesign and organizational transformation. Significant experience with managing back-office service centers. Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR). Excellent influencing and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with interested parties across all levels.
