Conduit Re is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to help deliver a professional, welcoming and well-organised workplace environment. Working closely with the People & Culture team and other teams across the business, the role helps support a positive workplace experience and the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This position plays an important role in ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in workplace coordination, office administration or operational support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Strong organisational and communication skills. Exposure to Health & Safety administration.
