The Head of Corporate & Regulatory Services will be responsible for developing R&H's corporate and regulatory offerings, ensuring high-quality service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role includes oversight of key regulatory frameworks, contributing to firm-wide strategy, service development, and external stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Deep expertise in corporate administration, governance, regulatory obligations, and Bermuda corporate law. Proven leadership experience. Ability to provide technical guidance and support firm-wide strategy. A bachelor's degree along with a professional designation (ICSA/CGI, CPA or Barrister & Attorney) are required.
