Our client ABR Reinsurance Ltd. is an innovative and growing independent reinsurer. The Corporate Accounting Manager will manage corporate accounting, financial reporting, financial controls, and treasury activities for the company with oversight from the Finance and Operations Director. Duties include managing the financial statement close process, ensuring quality of reporting from accounting administrators, producing statutory and regulatory reporting, managing elements of the annual external audit process, monitoring cash positions, and preparing capital modeling and stress testing.

Requirements

Internationally recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent); 5 years of relevant experience obtained in P&C (re)insurance accounting, banking, or with other complex, regulated, multi-national entities; Demonstrable success in a managerial capacity; Strong U.S. GAAP and (re)insurance accounting expertise; Knowledge of corporate finance, consolidation, and Bermuda regulatory requirements; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Excellent analytical and communication skills.
