WTW is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company. Willis (Bermuda) Limited wishes to recruit a Managing Director for its Captive & Insurance Management Services (CIMS) business in Bermuda. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and directing WTWM's insurance management business employing a combination of operational excellence and efficiency with a focus on development of the business in this key domicile. Duties include strategic leadership, financial stewardship, mentoring the Bermuda client service team, ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance framework, and leading program structuring and development for complex clients.

Requirements

Educated to Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 10+ years post-qualification experience. Additional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent is a distinct advantage. Forward-thinking leader with deep technical expertise, reinsurance and captive management experience. Proven strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience with the Bermuda regulatory environment including the EBS framework, BSCR and Code of Conduct preferred. Professional presentation and communication skills. Extensive computer experience with MS Office and accounting software.
