• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant technical or systems certifications are an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application support, or IT operations, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Experience with business systems, data analysis, and system integration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good understanding of IT hardware, infrastructure, cloud environments, and application ecosystems.
• Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential data.
