We are seeking a talented individual to join our Casualty/Healthcare team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Hamilton. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Broker with Marsh Risk you will be responsible for the daily servicing of a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients within the Casualty & Healthcare practice. This is an opportunity to provide service & advice associated with placements made or delivered to clients and is involved in negotiations with insurance & risk markets to obtain best terms, conditions, coverage and pricing for a client per risk practice guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years' Healthcare insurance broking experience in Bermuda or the International insurance market; Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Proven experience to independently handle complex client assignments operating with a high degree of personal responsibility and accountability; Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and manage such during busy periods; Willingness and ability to work beyond normal office hours to meet tight deadlines; Superior technical, financial and interpersonal skills, specifically regards written and verbal communication and presentation; Understanding of negotiating techniques & ability to apply these in discussions with insurers and clients; Bachelor's degree (or significant industry experience in lieu); Relevant industry qualifications.
