The Associate Director supports the Directors and senior leadership in the delivering of insolvency, restructuring or transaction engagements. The role involves advising businesses undergoing transactions, distress, or significant change.

Requirements

Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) and/or insolvency designation preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in restructuring or insolvency gained within a professional services company, consultancy firm or financial institution. Demonstrated understanding of the Financial Services industry, with experience providing guidance on the restructuring, insolvency legislation and practices. Proven success in business development activities. Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
