The EIFS Installer will manage EIFS / Stucco installations for all types of projects and occasionally provide unskilled services essential to their trade such as unloading, clean up and demolition. The successful candidate will be prepared to work extended hours as project deadlines demand. Candidates with leadership experience and IT competency will be utilized as forepersons/team leaders as required. Kaissa is a full-service Exterior Envelope Specialist Contractor with core expertise in waterproofing.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with a specialist plastering firm. Ability to manage EIFS / Stucco installations. Ability to manage an appropriately sized crew and provide training. Ability to work at heights. Own transportation or ability to secure. Strong work ethic and ability to expedite projects. Drug screening may be required.
