KAM Custom Cleaning Services is seeking an applicant for a long-term/full time position as a Specialized Residential Cleaner. This is a demanding position that requires a very mature adult capable of performing detailed and specific cleaning duties daily with minimal to no supervision. Responsibilities include cleaning various substrates and surfaces without causing damage, operating specialized equipment (auto-scrubber, vacuum, polishers, spotter), and communicating professionally with property owners.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property cleaning; Extensive knowledge of how to clean various substrates and surfaces without causing damage; Specialized cleaning skills for delicate finishes; Ability to operate auto-scrubber, vacuum, polishers, spotter and specialized cleaning equipment; Robust knowledge of cleaning supplies; Ability to communicate professionally; Be able to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays; Be able to assist on commercial contract jobs; Must be a problem solver and a team player; A valid car or light van license.
