Our client, Mr. Mountaga Aw and Mrs. Mabel Gonzalez Quiroz, require a Live-in Cook and Housekeeper for their busy home. The successful candidate will be responsible for meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and caring for the household, including laundry, general house cleaning, and other ad hoc duties as required. Hours will vary and successful applicant will work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as mutually agreed. The incumbent will also be responsible for caring for the family home during periods of employer's travel or may be required to travel with the family on trips to South America as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience with meal planning and food preparation, including experience cooking Chilean and Peruvian cuisine. Proven experience with housekeeping and/or laundry keeping. Willingness to travel with family where required. Fluency in Spanish would be advantageous. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Non-smoker.
