We are seeking Accounts Administrator(s) with at least Two years of solid work experience within a demanding and deadline driven environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Volume reconciliations; Bank Deposits; Cash floats; Assisting with preparation of Management reports and Financial analysis; Contributing to the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Requirements
At least Two years of solid work experience; At minimum a high school education with excellence in Math/English; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Proven ability to meet deadlines; First-rate organizational skills; Superior Computer ability in MS Office and Accounting software (Excel and AP/AR assessment required); Willingness to take on additional duties; Required to obtain a police certificate.
