This position reports to the AVP, Corporate Secretarial Management, Trust, and is responsible for managing and delivering quality corporate administration services to an assigned portfolio of Bermuda and international entities, and for serving as a key secretarial resource to the broader Trust team. Responsibilities include ensuring corporate records are current and compliant, arranging board and shareholder meetings, maintaining statutory registers, preparing documents for liquidations, and ensuring annual fees are paid.

Requirements

Degree or professional designation in trust, accounting or corporate secretarial services or at least five years corporate secretarial experience; Successful completion of Corporate Procedures 1 and 2 and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators; Willingness to pursue the STEP Foundation course and ultimately the Diploma in International Trust Management; Sound knowledge of Bermuda and other jurisdictional Company legislation; Experience/knowledge of incorporated Bermuda Companies including Private Trust Companies; Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
