The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial management, reporting, and control environment of the School. This role supports the Principal of School and Board in ensuring financial sustainability, transparency, and strong governance in line with the School's strategic objectives. The Finance Manager oversees budgeting, financial reporting, tuition revenue management, and specific responsibilities including preparation of monthly management accounts, lead year-end financial statement preparation, and maintaining robust internal controls.

Requirements

Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent); 5-10+ years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role; Experience in education, not-for-profit, or service-based organizations preferred; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls; Ability to provide a recent police background check.
