Bermuda Security Group Limited (BSG) is seeking a talented professional to join our human resources team, reporting to the Head of Talent Management. The successful candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment process, operating across a broad range of human resources functions. This role is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of human resources services while safeguarding the Company, as directed by the Head of Talent Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Play an active role in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through offer management and onboarding
• Utilize knowledge of multiple resources to generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic, cost-effective recruitment and sourcing initiatives.
• Support compliance with Bermuda employment legislation, Company policies and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation and database systems.
• Support internal job posting and succession planning initiatives
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, compliance, special projects and related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience and/or certifications in Human Resources.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in full life-cycle recruitment process.
• Experience in Bermuda Immigration policy and procedures for work permit applications
• Working knowledge of Bermuda employment legislation, payroll compensation, benefits and labour relations would be an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and HR Information Systems (Blue Bison)
• Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• Professional, proactive and customer-centric with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels.
