The Bermuda Housing Corporation has an opportunity for Property Officer. The successful candidate will report directly to the Property Operations Manager. Responsibilities include supervising preventative maintenance works, implementing daily work schedules, submitting monthly reports, responding to tenant requests, managing vacation schedules for maintenance personnel, processing weekly invoices, and liaising with tenants for access.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Facilities Management, Business, and or City and Guild's Certifications or the equivalent. In-depth knowledge of industry codes, regulations and safety standards. Minimum of five years' relevant work experience. Prior experience in a similar role and or in a Supervisory capacity preferred. Being available on a 24-hour emergency 'on call' rotational basis.
