As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, strengthen processes, and support our next phase of growth. We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for continuous improvement, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. The ideal candidate enjoys optimizing workflows, maximizing technology, and building scalable processes that help teams perform at their best. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change and help shape the future of TLC Homecare Ltd.
