We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Prepare and craft cocktails (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)Maintain full knowledge of menu items, wines/champagnes, liquor brands, glassware, and preparation methodsComply with Bermuda liquor lawsProvide upselling and exceptional customer serviceMaintain cleanliness and high bar standardsPerform opening/closing procedures, stock taking, inventory control, and assist with staff training

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a 4-diamond hotel/restaurantStrong mixology and/or sommelier knowledgeTIPS certifiedStrong POS and computer skills (Word/Excel)Flexible scheduleProven customer service excellencePreferred:Dry ice cocktail experiencePOS programming knowledge, F&B/Hospitality certification, and multi-national experience
