The Beach & Pool Supervisor assists with the day-to-day activities of the Beach Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences consistent with luxury resort standards. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role, actively present throughout service hours and responsible for supervising all Beach Club Attendants, including beach, pool, and front desk attendants. The Supervisor ensures all areas of the Beach Club are clean, organized, professionally operated, and guest-ready at all times, while serving as a key liaison between Beach Club operations and the Beach & Pool Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in hospitality, resort, or beach/pool operations preferred. Experience supervising service and support staff strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain). Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
