Miles Restaurants Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team of hospitality professionals as Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests.About You You will co-ordinate a variety of activities and maintain high standards of product quality and Health & Safety. Candidate should possess outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop people. You will deliver outstanding customer service, enforce company standards and procedures and oversee the performance of the service team.What You Will Do Supervise front of house team, providing training as needed to ensure guests receive outstanding service. Enforce company standards and procedures Prepare and communicate schedules on a weekly basis. Conduct daily shift briefings. Support marketing activities and promotional events. Conduct monthly inventory as needed and order stock as needed. Maintain high standards of product quality and Health & Safety. Prepare cash drawers and provide petty cash as required. Submit daily receipts and invoices to the accounts department. Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and all service stations. * Manage reservations system and follow up with guests as required.

Requirements

3 years experience in a leadership position in a busy upscale or fine dining environment is required. Strong knowledge of wines. (WSET Level 2 or above required) Working knowledge of restaurant operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization skills with a strong eye for detail Solid leadership skills with a track record of effectively communicating, training and developing people.
